These are cognitive territories and operating environments, not ranked authorities. Ark NëTT carries signal, presence, continuity, synchronization, and docking across them.
Galaxia sits beneath the Architect as a sovereign multi-OS civilization. It is not inserted into the FIONA sibling hierarchy, and Accompanied / H₄Ɣ is the dispatcher—not a fifth Horseman.
This reads the real PocketBase instance at build-yard/pocketbase (10 migrated collections,
v0.39.7). No frontend existed for it before this map. If PocketBase isn't running locally, this falls
back to the static app_wrappers.json catalog data — nothing here is fabricated either way.
